Every operator in our network is reviewed before the first trip and continuously monitored. We assess safety records, FAA compliance, audit history, insurance coverage, and operational culture. No operator is assumed safe because they're familiar.
Each aircraft is reviewed for maintenance currency, airworthiness directives, and known squawks before assignment. We verify records directly — not through operator-provided summaries. If the records don't support the trip, the aircraft doesn't fly it.
Crew certifications, type ratings, and recency of experience are confirmed for every assignment. We verify currency, not just credentials. Fatigue management and duty time compliance are reviewed as part of trip planning, not assumed.
Matching the right aircraft to the right trip means more than range and seat count. We evaluate runway length, weight limitations, international permit requirements, and weather exposure before confirming any assignment.
Your desk monitors active trips from departure to arrival. Weather deviations, ATC delays, and mechanical updates are tracked and communicated. Issues are handled before they become problems the client has to manage.
Our standards don't flex for availability, price, or urgency. If the only aircraft available for a trip doesn't meet our requirements, we say so and find one that does. The answer is never to compromise and hope for the best.
These aren't aspirational statements. They're the basis on which every trip is planned and every operator relationship is maintained. If we can't meet them on a given trip, we tell you before you board.
Every trip we plan starts here. Tell us where you're going.
